How to Apply for THEO classes

How to Apply as a New THEO Family
(New to THEO or skipped a year of enrollment)

Step #0: If you’re wanting to join Friday Adventures or Academic Adventures, schedule your mandatory tour. If you’ve already toured or are not joining one of those classes, go to Step #1.
Step #1: Complete the appropriate ONLINE Application: THEO or Friday/Academic Adventures – all students sign regardless of age.
Step #2: Pay the $50 Application Fee. You can pay this online or bring cash or check to THEO.
What’s next: Once we have processed your application, you will receive an email with registration instructions. This should take ten days or less. Contact us if it’s been longer than ten days.

How to Apply as a Returning THEO Family
(Currently enrolled families only)

Step #0: If you’re wanting to join Friday Adventures or Academic Adventures for the first time, schedule your mandatory tour. If you’ve already toured or are not joining one of those classes, go to Step #1.
Step #1: Complete the ONLINE Addendum – all students sign regardless of age.
What’s Next: You will receive an email with registration instructions within ten days. Contact us if it’s been longer than ten days.

How to add a new student to a current family
