Registration & Enrollment

Registration Timeline:

Online registration typically opens in mid-January for the following fall semester and runs through late July. Outside this window, registration is available year-round for classes with openings.

Class Availability:

Most THEO classes have limited openings, with about 10 students per class, though our largest classroom for older grades accommodates up to 20 students. Classes fill throughout the year, so we encourage early registration for the best availability.

Current THEO Families:

You can log into the class database to see all available classes, update family information, verify monthly tuition amounts, and register for classes during the January-February window.

Understanding Tuition & Payment

First Payment Requirement:

Your one-month tuition payment required at registration is applied to May for yearlong classes or to December for fall-only classes. This payment is non-refundable. (Many May tuition payments also cover August tuition.)

Why is my payment applied to May if my student only attends one week in May?

Great question! Each teacher calculates the cost of the class based on our school year (usually 32 weeks) and divides that into 9 equal payments. Payments are due September 1, October 1, November 1, December 1, January 1, February 1, March 1, and April 1. May was already paid when you registered. August is “free.”

Second Step: Download the Class Description document (Classes Listing by Discipline)—this is our complete course catalog with detailed descriptions.
Third Step: Browse classes by day of the week, online classes, Collin College classes, or Kindergarten through 6th grade classes.

College Credit Opportunities

THEO partners with colleges to provide dual credit classes on our campus, allowing high school students to earn both high school and college credit simultaneously.

Dual Credit Options:

A. Collin College Classes

B. Colorado Christian University (CCU) Classes

CCU classes are yearlong, providing ample time to thoroughly grasp and master concepts. This extended duration contrasts with the accelerated pace often found in community colleges, ensuring a more relaxed and effective learning environment—more learning, less stress.
Easy registration: No TSI test score required! Register for the class through THEO like any other THEO class. After the course begins, register with CCU (takes about 5 minutes—no holds, no hoops). CCU registration remains open until the spring semester, giving your student time to “test the waters” before committing to an official college transcript grade.

CCU Classes Offered:

C. Christian Halls Dual Credit

Christian Halls offers dual credits for THEO Worldview I, II, and III classes. Contact the teachers for the list of dual credit options.

D. Advanced Placement (AP) Courses
