Before You Apply: Our Christian Foundation

THEO is a Christ‑centered educational community built on biblical foundations that exists to support Christian families raising their children in faith.

How to Apply to THEO

Getting started with THEO depends on whether you’re new to THEO or a returning family.

New THEO Families

(New to THEO or skipped at least a year of enrollment)

Step #0: If you’re joining Friday Adventures or Academic Adventures, schedule your mandatory tour. If you’ve already toured or are not joining one of those programs, skip to Step #1.

Step #1: Complete the online application. All students must sign regardless of age.

Complete Your Application:

THEO now uses a single consolidated application across all programs.

If your child is enrolling in any THEO offering, including:

Individual THEO Classes
Friday Adventures
Academic Adventures
Or any combination of the above

You only need to complete one application:

This single application covers all THEO classes and programs. No separate applications are required.

Step #2: Pay the $50 application fee. You can pay online upon submission of the application or bring cash or a check to THEO.

What’s Next: Once we process your application, you’ll receive an email with registration instructions.

For Friday Adventures or Academic Adventures:

If enrolling in Friday Adventures, Academic Adventures, or a combination of programs, complete the Friday Adventures/Academic Adventures application.

Note: If your child is enrolling in both a program (FA/AA) AND individual THEO Classes, you only need to complete the Friday Adventures/Academic Adventures application.

Returning THEO Families

(Currently enrolled families only)

Step #0: If you’re joining Friday Adventures or Academic Adventures for the first time, schedule your mandatory tour. If you’ve already toured or are not joining one of those programs, skip to Step #1.

Step #1: Complete the online addendum. All students must sign regardless of age. You can pay the annual registration fee upon submission of the application.
