We understand that every family’s homeschool journey looks different. That’s why we offer three distinct programs, each designed to meet families where they are.
Choose individual classes that fill specific gaps in your curriculum. Enroll in our immersive elementary programs that provide structure and community. Or combine both approaches to create the perfect schedule for your child. With over 190+ courses across all three programs, you’ll find the expert instruction and Christian environment your family needs—without compromising the flexibility that makes homeschooling work.

Collin College Classes

Colorado Christian University (CCU) Classes

CCU classes are yearlong, providing ample time to thoroughly grasp and master concepts. This extended duration contrasts with the accelerated pace often found in community colleges, ensuring a more relaxed and effective learning environment—more learning, less stress.

Easy registration: No TSI test score required! Register for the class through THEO like any other THEO class. After the course begins, register with CCU (takes about 5 minutes—no holds, no hoops). CCU registration remains open until the spring semester, giving your student time to “test the waters” before committing to an official college transcript grade.

CCU Classes Offered:

Christian Halls Dual Credit

Christian Halls offers dual credits for THEO Worldview I, II, and III classes. Contact the teachers for the list of dual credit options.

Academic Adventures is a hybrid program designed for students in first through sixth grade, offering a two-day-per week structured, classroom-based learning environment that supports and extends home education.

Teachers provide clear weekly lesson plans and structured coursework for students to complete at home with their parents on the remaining weekdays. This cooperative approach ensures continuity, accountability, and depth of learning, while allowing families the flexibility and connection of homeschooling.

Academic Adventures classes are intentionally designed to be engaging, creative, and academically rigorous, supporting a strong foundation in essential skills while encouraging critical thinking, problem solving, and a love of learning.
This hybrid model blends the best of both worlds – classroom and family supported education – to help students thrive academically, socially, and spiritually.

Friday Adventures is THEO’s weekly drop-off program designed for homeschooled children in kindergarten through fifth grade. Every Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM, children engage in fun, hands-on activities that spark creativity and a deeper understanding of God’s creation and love.

What Friday Adventures Offers

Our explorations in science, arts and crafts, language arts, music, and drama are designed to enhance your child’s home learning without academic prerequisites or homework. Children are grouped by age and balanced by boy/girl ratios (K–1st, 2nd–3rd, and 4th–5th grades).

A Typical Friday

Students begin the day with their homeroom teacher and then rotate through several other classrooms. Each classroom has a different project or activity centered around a coordinated learning theme. A typical day might include building rockets, sculpting with clay, making puppets to retell a story, singing, or learning about our galaxy!

Assistant teachers rotate with their group and remain with them throughout the day. After rotations, groups return to their homeroom teacher for lunch (brought from home). We end the day with games, friendship activities, optional Show and Tell, and group story time. Occasionally, we host guest presentations, talent shows, or other special events.

Safe, Nurturing Environment

Our warm and caring teachers—all background-checked and Ministry Safe trained—create a joyful environment where children feel seen, known, and cared for. Small class sizes (typically fewer than 12 students per group with 2 teachers per class) ensure personalized attention.

Safety is always a priority with:

Building Friendships & Community:

At Friday Adventures, children are encouraged and supported in developing meaningful, positive friendships. Following biblical principles, we emphasize including others and showing kindness and respect to all. Time is given for building friendships throughout the day.

While Friday Adventures is not a co-op, parents are welcome to volunteer in various ways and participate in our weekly Parent Coffee Hour (9:00–10:00 AM)—a casual time at THEO’s building to connect, build community, and share ideas for playdates or homeschool resources. Several special get-togethers, such as Family Game Night, are planned throughout the year. A weekly newsletter highlights our Friday activities.
